Experimenting with egg cups

An egg cup, incase you were asking is a crustless quiche.  I eat them alot now that I abide by paleo.  Here are some more I have created.  To the left 2 cheese red onion and baby spinich, to the right chorizo, red onion, tomato, baby spinich and brie.
