Well you all may or may not know I have been on the Paleo diet for around 7 months. I have really worked hard to stay away from pasta and bread and eat meat etc but I may have over done it. I have finally put myself off meat. Last Sunday, i had some left over mince and it made me ill. So I decided to have a few days off meat. I ate bacon and eggs this morning, first meat products in almost a week and I feel ill again. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME???? No more meat for at least a week. (will eat seafood though)
